1. Who is responsible
Ashmont Pinnacle Advisory FZ-LLC, licence no. 47036759 and registration no. 0000004095797, issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, decides how the personal information described here is used. Write to info@ashmontpinnacle.com about anything on this page.
2. What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, when you use the contact form or write to us.
- What a client gives us. The company and personal details needed to carry out the work, including documents you send us for that purpose.
- What the website records. Our host records the usual technical information about a visit, such as the page requested, the approximate location, the browser and the time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
3. Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry, which is the reason you sent it.
- To carry out work we have agreed with you, and to invoice for it.
- To meet obligations placed on us by law, including record keeping and checks on identity and source of funds.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles or to advertise to you.
4. Who else sees it
Only those who need to. That means the service providers who run parts of this website and our correspondence, our own professional advisers, and any authority or regulator entitled to require it. Our providers act on our instructions and may not use the information for their own purposes. The main ones are our website host, our form provider and our email provider.
5. Where it is held
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be stored or processed outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, and we choose providers who offer them.
6. How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become work is deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them, which in the United Arab Emirates is generally at least five years from the end of the engagement, and then deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to a particular use. Write to info@ashmontpinnacle.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
8. Our software products
Ledgard, Lodeward, Cardward, Turnward and Deckward each hold their own information and have their own privacy notice, which applies when you use them. This policy covers only this website and our advisory work.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to our systems is limited to those who need it and protected by two-step verification, and we keep only what we need. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.
10. Changes
We may change this policy. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
